TERMS and Conditions of the E-Store Builder system . The E-Store Builder service is a package of web-based e-commerce services which includes E-Store Builder Catalog Manager, E-Store Builder Marketplace Manager and E-Store Builder Order Manager. The specific provisions of these Terms of Service and any Additional Terms related to each individual E-Store Builder product or service included in E-Store Builder apply to Your use of E-Store Builder. It is Your responsibility to ensure You have a copy of Your product catalog and any other of Your materials prior to submitting them to E-Store Builder. Your estore can hold up to 500 individual products.
E-Store Builder will use reasonable efforts to maintain any data and files You have stored on E-Store Builder's servers for a period of thirty (30) days following the effective date of termination of Your subscription, but is not required to do so. E-Store Builder cannot control or warrant the behavior of the users or the management of the E-Store Builder service You have chosen to use. Your use of E-Store Builder You choose to use is at Your own risk and Omnistar disclaims any liability with regard to use of the E-Store Builder service and any actions resulting from Your or any other party's participation in the E-Store Builder services. It is Your responsibility to determine whether the purchase or sale of any listed item is authorized by law, statute or regulation. The Administrative interface will enable You to indicate your shipping carrier (for example US Postal Service or User defined rates) to enable the tracking of shipping addresses, however, E-Store Builder is not responsible for shipping rates or delivery times of the carriers You choose to use to ship Your products. You will be able to use the Tax Calculator to help You calculate Your taxes, however, it is Your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the data You enter. E-Store Builder is not responsible for the calculation of Your taxes. E-Store Builder makes no guarantee about the reliability or accuracy of these products or services, or the results obtained from using E-Store Builder. E-Store Builder will make a good faith effort to submit Your service requests to E-Store Builder, E-Store Builder services within a timely manner, however, E-Store Builder is not responsible for the timeframes followed by third party services.
